Pim Rooijmans
Co-founder of BELEAF
Pim has been fascinated by wind since his student days. While he mainly started as a technician, in recent years he has focused more on managing complex sustainable energy projects. With his technical background, more than 16 years of experience in the sustainable sector and his competitive nature (because playing board games is his biggest hobby), he is able to turn any complex project into a simple and well-organized game. He prefers to operate as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Angelique showed her commercial drive at a young age: she started looking for profit optimizations in her parents’ agricultural business. Her hunger was satisfied by studying Business Administration and a career path at a wind turbine manufacturer (and teaching sports in the evenings, because sports is her greatest hobby) . Since 2010, she carried out sustainable energy projects with mainly a strategic and commercial character. Now she is looking for projects in which she can operate in different areas and also master substantive subjects. That fits in perfectly with her pursuit of the best result.
Peter Spruijt
Co-owner of Beleaf
Calm in character, yet driven for results. As a manager, Peter has contributed to the success of various teams. Projects have benefitted from his broad knowledge of the content, effective approach, and leadership qualities.
Peter derives most of his energy from creating clarity in teams and projects, enabling smooth work without any disruptions. A green home base in the Veluwe reveals his love for nature.
Jorden Hoogeveen
Co-owner of Beleaf
In recent years, Jorden has worked on many different sustainable energy projects. In his work, he combines his interest in sustainable energy with his passion for technology. Within the projects, he uses his technical knowledge and project management skills to deliver structured and constructive results characterized by a practical approach.
Jorden has gained experience from project development to installation and technical operation of renewable energy projects. In doing so, he has worked on various technologies such as wind, solar, storage and the national energy grid during, for example, permitting, contracting, engineering, construction and grid integration.
Due to his broad experience with a variety of technologies, but also in different stages, Jorden is of great value to the team and the projects.
